Is the heat getting to you!?
A quick and easy way to refresh yourself from too much heat is to fill a spary/mist bottle with some cooled boiled or distilled water and add a few drops of peppermint essential oil. Spray on the back of your neck, wrists, behind the knees or chest for a quick refreshing pick me up! Peppermint is a wonderful temperature regulator and will help to keep the body cool.
At the end of a long day, fill a bowl or foot spa with tepid water and add a few drops of Peppermint and Lavender essential oil. Peppermint will cool your feet and the Lavender will help you to relax and unwind. You could replace the Lavender with Orange, Bergamot or Grapefruit! and the scent will permiate through your home!
