On your first appointment with us we will go through a medical information sheet with you which will help us to determine your needs.

Whether you are needing a plan for sports health, injury recovery or sheer relaxation, we will tailor make your massage to suit you!

We have 3 beautiful rooms, a garden room, crystal room and our new spa room for our Hot Stone massage. All are heated during Winter with electric blankets on the tables to keep you warm and cosy!

Our range of Aromatherapy products, candles, waxes and crystals are all either made or supplied from NZ companies with great prices and quality.
